Labour Force Nationalization

Decision No. 103 outlines conditions under which small companies can be exempt from nationalisation schemes for two years while also listing the level of nationalisation that companies must reach over the next four years.

Under this Resolution, professions in sectors such as construction, electrical trades and sales, which had previously been restricted to Lebanese nationals, were opened to refugees. This was overridden by MoL Resolution No. 1/197 of December 2014.
