The Decree ratifies a previous memorandum of understanding between Algeria and the Niger in the areas of labour, employment and social security. The MOU was signed initially in Niamey on 16 March 2017. It aims to develop and promote cooperation in the areas of labour, employment and social security through: the exchange of information, programs, studies and experiences; promoting cooperation in the area of training and technical support; coordinating views and thinking on labour, employment and social security in regional and international organizations, among other mechanisms.
