The Decree ratifies a previous agreement signed between Algeria and Helsinki to mutually exempts the holders of diplomatic passports from visa requirements. The Agreement was signed initially in Helsinki on 11 January 2019.
The Decree ratifies a previous memorandum of understanding between Algeria and the Niger in the areas of labour, employment and social security. The MOU was signed initially in Niamey on 16 March 2017. It aims to develop and promote cooperation in the areas of labour, employment and social security through: the exchange of information, programs, studies and experiences; promoting cooperation in the area of training and technical support; coordinating views and thinking on labour, employment and social security in regional and international organizations, among other mechanisms.
Through this partnership, the Union of Comoros and the French Republic intend to jointly initiate a new dynamic of partnership and to make reciprocal commitments in terms of the fight against uncontrolled population movements and the safeguard of human lives at sea, and in development.

The MOU between Italy and Libya includes cooperation in combating irregular migration, human trafficking and migrant smuggling, and on reinforcing border security between the two countries. Libya and Italy also agreed to set up a joint operations centre to identify migrant smugglers and human traffickers, facilitating cooperation between the coastguards, the Department of Combatting Illegal Migration, the Libyan Attorney General, and intelligence services from both countries.
Jordan and Nepal signed an agreement of cooperation to increase the eployment of Nepalese workers in Jordan, focusing on the responsibilities of both countries in regulating employment and recruitment costs, and upholding the rights of workers, employers and agencies.
