Principles and Controls Based on 2010 MOU on Labour Cooperation between Jordan and Philippines

The three-year MOU on labour cooperation provides for a minimum wage and a minimum age for Filipino domestic workers, as well as requirements related to insurance, contract verification, working hours and rest days, skill certification, dispute settlement, and transparency with regard to recruitment fees.
