The 2007 amendments to the Nationality Code allows Moroccan women married to foreigners to pass on Moroccan citizenship to their children.
The 2006 Nationality Law amends previous versions and outlines the process of naturalization for non-Iraqi spouses and, among other things, allows dual citizenship. In particular, the Law echoes the Iraqi Constitution of 2005 that allows both Iraqi men and women to pass on their nationality to their children but newly limits the ability of Iraqi women married to a foreigner to confer nationality to children born outside the country.
Law No. 51 provided an overarching framework that defines, prevents, and prosecutes human trafficking crimes. This law has since been amended by Federal Law No. 1 of 2015.
Ministerial Decision No. 2833 implements Article 141 of the Labour Law (Royal Decree M/51) regarding work injuries.

Law No. 23, regarding the Health Insurance Scheme for the Emriate of Abu Dhabi, states that every employer is required to provide health insurance coverage for all his employees/workers and their family members covering the employee’s/worker’s wife and three children under 18 years of age. Every sponsor must subscribe to the scheme for any person under his sponsorship from the date of his arrival to the State unless such a person is entitled to health insurance coverage through his employer.
